Queens University of Charlotte is currently approved to accept applications for all online programs from students residing in the following states: Arkansas, California, Florida, Maine, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Vermont, and Virginia. The online MA in Educational Leadership, MA in Communication and MBA programs are also accepting applications from students residing in Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Mississippi, New York, Rhode Island, and Tennessee. Additionally, the online MA in Communication, online Master of Health Administration and online MBA programs are accepting applications from Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia.

Queens online programs are exempt from authorization in Alaska under
AS 14.48 because the programs are online and do not have a physical presence in the state. 20 AAC 17.900 (a)(12) defines physical presence as presence of a facility, faculty, or staff within the state.
Queens University of Charlotte is not regulated in Texas under Chapter 132 of the Texas Education Code and therefore does not fall under the purview of the Texas Workforce Commission. The online MBA and MA in Communication are compliant with the Texas Higher Education Commission regulations.
