For more than 30 years, the McColl School has provided dynamic business programs that infuse real-world scenarios into classroom instruction. McColl business graduate program faculty members are experienced entrepreneurs, consultants and CEOs eager to share their professional experiences. We also offer a robust network of successful alumni and connections to prominent business leaders in the major financial center of Charlotte, North Carolina. Many of these professionals act as guest speakers, mentors and lecturers.
The McColl School develops students’ leadership abilities through a highly interactive learning environment based on Hugh McColl's 3C's model:
- Competence, from the organizational aspects of business to management and relationships
- Character, inspiring ethical leadership and trust among colleagues
- Commitment to Community, encouraging balance between individual goals and the common good
The McColl School of Business is accredited by AACSB International - the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. AACSB Accreditation is known around the world as the longest standing, most recognized form of specialized/professional accreditation an institution and its business programs can hold. McColl is one of only 5 percent of business schools worldwide to earn AACSB Accreditation.
