Queens University of Charlotte is a participant in the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) Electronic Campus. The Electronic Campus is a student service that represents public and independent colleges and universities. It is a comprehensive source for higher education information in the South. Queens University of Charlotte has a dedicated team committed to helping online students reach their personal, educational and professional goals. During the admissions process, a Program Manager and Enrollment Coordinator will assist prospective students with completing their application files and continue working to ensure students' success through the first week of classes. Starting the second week of classes, students will begin working with a Student Services Coordinator, who will be their primary point of contact during their time as a student at Queens. Currently, the online MBA is the only online program with an on-campus residency component. The online MSN and MA in Educational Leadership programs do not require students to attend any on-campus activities but do require clinical or field internship requirements which students may complete in their local area subject to certain requirements. Students will work with their Enrollment Coordinator to determine required courses and prerequisite work and register for classes. Online students are subject to the same drop/add deadlines as onground students. Reference the Academic Calendar for a list of important deadlines.
Online students are required to attend an online orientation session specific to their field of study through the learning management system. This virtual orientation will enable students to become familiar with the MyCourses online learning platform and meet other students in their program.
Students enrolled in online program will have access to the same advising services as campus based students. In addition, online students will receive advising through their Online Student Services Coordinator in conjunction with the Program Director.

Students may order course textbooks through the Queens eFollett Bookstore or large online book retailers, or they may choose to rent textbooks online.
In most cases, exams are taken through the course management system with adherence to the guidelines of the Queens University of Charlotte honor code. Other arrangements can be made but are course specific.
