As someone who desires to earn their MSN, you have already taken a major step towards bettering yourself, your patients and your community. Those same hallmarks make up the heart of our online MSN program here at Queens.
Our online Master of Science in Nursing program is designed to build on your nursing expertise and prepare you to become a Clinical Nurse Leader so you can improve both the quality of care and safety for patients facility-wide. It’s a relatively new role but already in demand and fast becoming a critical part of healthcare facilities nationwide. Many of our online MSN faculty are CNL-certified, allowing them to combine their real-world experience with classroom instruction and instill students with the advanced clinical skills needed to drive measurable improvement at their points of care.
Each member of our MSN faculty is also doctorally prepared, so you receive the highest quality of advanced nursing education from proven experts in healthcare. The faculty work to create a supportive learning environment and personally engage you to ensure your success, serving as mentors to students and making a conscious effort to impart a sense of community to the online setting.
You too, can join the Queens family and feel confident that your experience online will match the quality of learning experienced by students on campus. The university keeps regular office hours each week for online students and maintains regular contact via email, Skype, and instant messaging. Whether online or on campus, you are an important part of the Queens family.
