Yellow Ribbon Program  

The Yellow Ribbon GI Education Program is an endowment of the Post-9/11 GI Bill that allows veterans to attend private institutions of higher learning and graduate programs costing more than the state tuition cap. The program makes funds available for educational programs without an additional charge to GI Bill entitlement benefits. 


This program is designed to empower military veterans and their families in the Greater Charlotte area, equipping them with resources necessary for life after the military.
